Module 3:- Project Management process

Topics: Introduction, Agenda, project Life Cycle Vs project Management process, Process Groups, Process Groups, Knowledge Areas and Project Management Process Mapping, The Five Project Management Process Groups, What happens in each process group.

Module 4:- Overview of Project Integration Management
