JAVA CC

Course Overview :

JavaCC (Java Compiler Compiler) is an open source parser generator and lexical analyzer generator for the Java programming language. JavaCC is similar to yacc in that it generates a parser from a formal grammar written in EBNF notation, except the output is Java source code.JavaCC is a parser generator and a lexical analyzer generator. Parsers and lexical analysers are software components for dealing with input of character sequences.

Prerequisties

• JavaCC works fine with Java VM 1.2 or greater. You need to install JavaCC.
